Our offices are located at 100 Jensen Avenue East, foyer, Parksville Municipal Building and 660 Primrose Street, foyer, Qualicum Beach Municipal Building.

Public office hours are 10 AM to 12:30 PM , Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

The volunteers are available to assist the public about our programs such as Keeping In Touch, Community Watch Patrols, Speed Watch and Block Watch. They also distribute Child ID Kits, Medical Alert Kits, ICBC Pedestrian Reflectors and BCAA "Slow Down, Kids Playing" signs.

The offices are closed to the public between 9 AM to 10 AM to facilitate our Keeping in Touch program.
